During the first lockdown I decided to focus on myself and sort my health and fitness out. I found the program and signed myself up not really knowing how committed I was going to be. Here I am after 40 weeks and I’m loving the new me.
I dreamed but never really believed that one day I would get into a size 10. My sister purchased this beautiful dress for me to wear at Christmas in a size 10 and told me she had 100% faith that I could do it.
Even though I need a little help getting it zipped up, you can be sure I wore this on Christmas day to have dinner with my family. The program has worked so well it has inspired both my daughter and son in law to join up and get into the shape of their lives.
Who knew I’d end the year in the best shape of my life. Let’s see what I can achieve in the next!
