In the past I’d repeat limited diets or quick fixes but they left my weight yo-yo-ing up and down. I wanted to work on a plan that had balance with my social life and career but still give me progress towards my goals.
What I got with this program was guidance that was consistent with my lifestyle. Yes I got into better shape and improved my health and fitness, but it didn’t interfere with the other priorities in my life.
The program didn’t dictate my life, rather it enhanced it by meeting me where I am and seeing me at my best.
Following the program and working diligently over the past year has seen me consistently making progress week in week out.
